The Ridgid SeeSnake  microDRAIN  Video Inspection System is a compact, lightweight, and highly maneuverable tool designed for small-diameter pipe inspections, particularly in tight-turn radius applications. Ideal for plumbing, maintenance, and repair professionals, it efficiently navigates multiple 90° bends in 1.5″ (40mm) drain lines. Built for durability, the system features a hardened stainless steel camera head with a spring assembly, ensuring long service life. Its high-intensity LED lights provide clear visibility in dark and confined pipes, while its compact size makes storage and transportation easy.

The microDRAIN system is compatible with various monitors, including SeeSnake® monitors and the micro CA-350 digital inspection camera, making it a versatile choice for different inspection needs. It comes with a 0.86″ (22mm) camera head, a 65′ (20m) push cable with a 0.33″ (8.3mm) diameter, and supports pipe sizes from 1¼” to 3″ (32-75mm), extending up to 4″ (100mm) when used with SeeSnake® monitors. Weighing only 8.6 lbs. (3.9 kg) or 9.8 lbs. (4.4 kg), it remains highly portable. The system operates with a resolution of 656 x 492 NTSC and includes a 512 Hz sonde for easy locating.

Different model variants cater to various pipe sizes and applications. The L100/L100C model supports lines ranging from 1.5″ to 5″ (40-125mm) with a stiffer push cable for up to 100′ (30m). The D30 & D65S models are designed for 1.5″ to 4″ (40-100mm) pipes, excelling in toilet traps and pool lines up to 65′ (20m). Meanwhile, the N85S model is tailored for ultra-small diameter applications from 1″ to 2″ (25-50mm) with tight bends. Additionally, the system includes a counter feature when paired with SeeSnake® CS or CSx Series monitors, though this function is unavailable with the CA-350.
